Renting the space

The spaces

Ground floor — the main space, bright and adaptable to different needs (exhibition, screening, seated or standing audience).

Basement — a more intimate space, for a different atmosphere or an activity alongside the ground floor.

Kitchen and community bar — for catering or drinks during the event.

The spaces can be rented separately or together, depending on the size and nature of the event.

Conditions

A few basic rules, to be refined together depending on the project:

• Requests should be sent at least two weeks in advance.
• A deposit is required, returned after the event if the space is left in good condition.
• Cleaning and tidying up the space is the responsibility of the renter, unless otherwise agreed.
• Respect for the neighbourhood — end-of-evening times are to be agreed together.
• The price depends on the space chosen, the duration and the type of event — a quote is provided on a case-by-case basis.
